Bigler Trading Company opens for business.
Foreseeing market dislocations created by rising U.S. energy costs, Joel Herger, CEO, founds Bigler Trading Company as a broker of bulk liquid inorganic chemicals. The company’s business model—based on efficient, clearly defined, value-added logistics services—differentiates it from the industry. Ultimately, Bigler plans to build a Gulf Coast marine terminal and a fully integrated petrochemical manufacturing business.
