- Development plans include an additional 8 vessel berths, 12 million bbl of liquid storage (including 1 million bbl of LPG storage), 16 miles of rail, unit train loop, over 100 high-speed loading/unloading systems, access to Clean Fuels (alkylate) with blending capabilities, transport and injection services into major pipeline systems.
